To join a busy office.
Duties include:
· Meeting and greeting suppliers and visitors;
providing refreshments where required, announcing and directing them to the correct person/area
· Answering the switchboard, taking and relaying accurate messages as necessary
· Booking and preparing meeting rooms with any refreshments/equipment required
· Ordering and receiving couriers, logging all parcels sent
· Typing as required
· Filing
· Diary management/travel arrangement for Director
· Any added tasks required.
This position would best suit a flexible, reliable, all rounder with a good eye for detail, good computer skills and telephone manner. Candidates must have at least one year's recent office-based experience. Salary to suit experience.
