Cave does not make or imply any therapeutic or medicinal
claims or properties of any kind.
Confidentiality and credit card payments
We assure you of our discretion and respect
your privacy. Your credit card statement will show Lovers
Cave orders as ‘GGLC’. Lovers
Cave fully complies with UK Data Protection Law, in
respect of collection and maintenance of personal data. At
any time you can contact us and ask for personal details to
be amended and any communication from the company to cease.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity
and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where
errors may occur. Therefore, Lovers
Cave reserve the right to make alterations without
notice to any part of the website, stock holdings and prices

Product availability
Lovers Cave
does not guarantee product availability beyond current stock
holdings.
Delivery
Delivery of customer orders is usually within
3 to 7 Days and on rare occasions an Maximum of 21 days.
All goods are discreetly dispatched in strong,
anonymous packaging. A customer receipt will be contained
within the package.
Return and Cancellations
We want you to be really pleased with your
purchase and if you are unhappy in any way you should let
us know. Because of the personal nature of many of our products
we need to be careful with our returns policy.
Damaged Goods
We will replace any defective or damaged products
provided that we are notified in writing within a reasonable
time of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the
item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full. We
will also refund your postage cost in returning the product
to us.
Goods which are not damaged or defective will
be replaced or credited at our discretion.
Goods excluded from cancellation
Unless the product is damaged or defective,
the following items are excluded from return. For reasons
of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of lingerie that
have been worn, consumables (such as creams) that have been
used and adult toys where the packaging has been opened. We
do not accept returns of Video’s or DVD’s where
the seal has been broken, unless the item is defective. A
refund will not be made for any product which is not in a
resaleable condition.
Lingerie - We urge you to order the correct
size. If you are in any doubt, please ask your Consultant
or provide us with your measurements and we will ensure you
receive the correct size.
The Lovers Cave
returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Details of the returns procedure will be found
on your customer receipt, included with every delivery.
Out of stock orders
We do our best to hold all items in stock but
sometimes we run out, in which case we will advise you. If
the product is due in our warehouse within 21 days. We will
hold your order and supply the product requested. If the product
is not due within that time, or is unavailable for any reason,
we will offer you an alternative product to an equal or greater
value (with no additional charge), or a refund.
