Here at Lovers Cave we take every possible measure
to ensure that we deliver the best quality products to you,
and that our product descriptions and photography are such
that you are as delighted when you receive your order as you
were when you bought it on our site.
However, if you're not 100% delighted with your
order, you can find out how to return and cancel items below.
Returning an item
If you wish to return an item, please provide
a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the
product with all warranty cards, manuals etc. in the original
box to:

Please do not send your items to our SW19 office, use the address above for all returns.
You will be contacted by Lovers Cave as soon
as your return has been processed.
For your own protection, we strongly recommend
returning your item via recorded-delivery. Lovers Cave does
not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.
If you are returning an item because of an error
by us or because your product is faulty, we are more than
happy to refund the original delivery cost and any reasonable
costs incurred by you in returning the item/s to us. In all
other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these
charges and any other service charges involved in your original
order (i.e gift wrapping, postage and packing).

Canceling an item
The UK Distance Selling Directive gives you
the right to cancel a contract of purchase for any item within
7 working days of receipt. This applies to all our products.
However, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations
for the purchase of videos or DVDs if they have been taken
out of their original sealed packaging.
To cancel an item, simply follow the returns
procedure provided with your order, stating your reason for
return, and send your order to the above address.
You will be contacted by Lovers Cave as soon
as your cancellation has been processed.
Please ensure that your cancellation is received
by us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. For your
own protection, we srongly recommend returning your item via
recorded-delivery.
