Finding products
Navigating
To find products on Lovers Cave you have two
options. Firsly you have the top level links at the top
of the page just below our search box (which we'll discuss
later).
Once you make a selection from our top level
links you will then be presented with that categories sub
links. Sub links are arranged into their different categories
e.g. Vibrators, Dildos etc. Simply select a sub link and
you will see all of our products in that category.
Searching
You can search Lovers Cave for products by
entering your search terms into the search box located at
the top of every page on Lovers Cave.
You can either enter a product code or keywords.
If you enter a product code and click submit
and we have found a match you will be shown only the product
that has that code.
If you enter keywords into the search box
you will be shown the list of products found. If matches
ar found you will be presented with:
The product titles
Category that each product resides
Short description
Product price
By clicking on the product title you will
be taken to that products information. By clicking on the
category you will be taken to that products category and
will be shown all products in that particular category.
If no results are found you will be asked
to search again or you can contact
us where we will be happy to help with any queries you
may have.
Buying Products from Lovers Cave
Buying products is simple. First find the
product(s) you are looking for. You will then notice a 'Quantity'
field and an 'Add to cart' button.
Enter in the quantity field the required amout
of that product (default is one) and the click the 'Add
to cart' button. This will take you to the shopping cart
page where you will see any products that you currently
have in your shopping cart.
Once on the shopping cart page you can update
a quantity of a product, remove a product, empty your shopping
cart or checkout. You can also continue shopping and come back to your shopping cart
at any time by clicking 'View/edit cart' on the right hand side of any page
once an item has been added. Items will remain in your shopping cart for 4 hours
after adding them.
Update products
To update the quantity of a particular product
simply change the quantity of that product and click the
'Update' button. This will then update that product and
show you the price of that product multiplied by the quantity
you have selected.
Removing products
To remove a product currently in your shopping
cart, click the 'Remove' link just beneath that product
price.
Empty shopping cart
To empty your shopping cart just click the
'Empty shopping cart' link on the left just beaneath your
listed product(s).
Purchasing items
When you are ready to checkout, click the 'Proceed to Checkout'
button. This will take you to the 'Shoppers details page'. Here you
simply need to enter the cardholders details (PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE
CARD NUMBER IN HERE).Once done click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
This will take you to the Checkout page. Here you can check your items
and also print this page for your records before you make your purchase.
Once you have checked the items, Cardholders details and
that the correct postage is displayed, simply click the 'Proceed to
secure payment page' Button. This will take you to a secure page at
worldpay where you will provide your credit/debit card details and complete
your transaction.
Placing orders by cheque
You can place orders by cheque on lovers cave
by selecting your location within the shopping cart and then clicking
the 'Go to Checkout' button.
This will take you through to the
checkout where you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on
'Pay by cheque'. Once clicked you will be taken to the order form page
which has been completed with your order. Next, print the order from page,
complete with your details and send it back to us with your cheque for the amount shown
to the address at the top of the form.
Please note: Your order will not be dispatched
until clearance of cheque funds.
