Well, the Deep Six is a real good condition coach for the eleventh finger. Especially using it with low speeds you can prolong the duration of standing. To enlarge the length of John is with the dimension of this version hardly possible. I just tell you why. My central finger is in sleep position some 2.5 inches long and in action position 5 inches and sometimes up to 5 inches and 3/4. For a European male it belongs more to the lower length. The tube of Deep Six is only 4.5 inches long, not considering the hub which shortens i a bit. This length may be sufficient for East Asians but not for Europeans. It is clearly to see that the product is made in China. You see for the European and North American market there should be another, let me say Long John, version. The tube length of this version should be at least 1 better 2 inches longer. The way of the hub which is actual just 2/5 of an inch should be lengthen too. I say 1 inch or some more will bring some additional benefits. The nipples inside the sleeve will stroke with better effects. For the speed control a little improvement will be a click when you come to the Off position. By the way, I am looking for a real oral simulator but did not find yet on the market. Well that is what I wanted to mention. Perhaps the wished improvement will reach the manufacturer and the result will be another verion of Deep Six
